Where can you find the files page?
The page is positioned under files.
Files can also be added to contacts and forms.
Creating a folder structure in files is very useful to maintain all the files that are put into the system and to keep an overview of them.
Creating main folders
When files are opened, the default setting is unsorted, which means that the files that have not been put in a folder are listed here. However, this folder is closed, so you will have to click on it again to unselect it. This is what it will look like. Click on Add folder to create a new folder.
Enter the name of the new folder.
Go to Access Control and enter the persons who can see this folder.
