Creating a contact form to a lead

To create a contact form we don't start at the contract forms page, before we get there a contact form has to be filled in in the public section of The Office Manager. This happens when a new person fills in the contact form. This contact form can be integrated into the website to allow potential customers to contact you directly.

When the contact form is completed, it can be possible that an e-mail is sent to the recipient of the form and to the client, this can be set via the e-mail settings. After this we can view the completed form in the system, under the contact forms page.

When a contact form is clicked on, you will be taken to another page, click on the 'Sync with Contacts' button.

Press the 'Save' button on this new page and the person or company will be saved in Leads.
