The contact settings page allows you to maintain your contacts created in the system.
Where can you find the Contact management settings page?
This page is positioned under the contacts heading in the settings.
There are a number of tabs on this page, these are Contact Categories, Fields, Files, Relationship Categories, Relationship Types.
Here you will find a detailed explanation of the various tabs on the page.
Contact Categories
When a new contact category is created, it appears on the contact category page.
Fields
These are the fields that are filled in when a new company is created. When a new company is created, all these fields are displayed. All the fields in this form are customizable, so that you can fill in all the details that are required.
