This page explains how to send e-mails using created templates.
Where can you find the Send e-mail page?
To send e-mails, you must go to the sheet on which you created the e-mail template and send it via the 'Email Templates' button.
Step 1
The first step is to create an e-mail template so that an e-mail can be sent out on the basis of a selected sheet. For an explanation of the creation of a template please visit this page:
Step 2
After the template is created, go to the sheet on which you created it, as an example we use the quotation page. Click on the 'Email Templates' button. There you will see the templates you have created and you can click on one of those options.
Step 3
A new screen will open, showing the layout of the mail. This layout can still be changed if there are changes.
Step 4
After formatting and modifying the template, you can press the 'Send Email' button and the email will be sent.
