This page gives an overview of the different types of form fields in the system. There are 29 different types of fields that you can use when designing the forms. You can find these form fields on the right side of the form builder.

Text

This field is a single line of text.

Dropdown

This field is the multiple choice field where several options can be filled in, but where only one choice can be made.

Multiselect

This field is the multiple-choice field where more than one option can be filled in and where multiple choices can also be made.

E-mails

This field is an input field for multiple e-mails in which as many e-mail addresses as possible can be entered.

Telephone

This field is an input field for multiple telephone numbers in which as many numbers as possible can be entered.

Addresses

This field is an input field for multiple addresses in which as many addresses as possible can be entered.
